If your equipment breaks, we’ll send you a replacement part at no cost and troubleshoot the installation with you. If the equipment requires complete replacement, we’ll also provide that at no extra charge.

We do not replace equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling. This includes, but is not limited to, dropping or purposely damaging the equipment. Our team holds the right to determine if your damaged item is covered under warranty on a case by case basis.

If the warranty does not cover your item, we’ll provide you with a replacement part at a cost, if possible.
