We use express shipping to ship our products from our warehouse in Los Angeles, USA. Once your order has been shipped, expect to receive it within 1-5 business days depending on your location. Local deliveries & west coast orders will arrive faster.

We will attempt to ship pre-orders before the date indicated in the product description above, which has been set with the best of our knowledge calculating our sea shipping routes. Shipments may sometimes get delayed in a small percentage of cases due to inspections or because of COVID-19 logistics issues. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the above and appreciate your patience as we work to get your items to you in the fastest time possible.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all products. If your equipment breaks, we’ll send you a replacement part at no cost and troubleshoot the installation with you. If the equipment requires complete replacement, we’ll also provide that at no extra charge. We do not replace equipment that’s been damaged due to mishandling.
